| This spice rack is well made and the best part is that you can decide your own spice selection! Many other spice racks come with ready-filled bottles and you are limited as to what spices are sent. This spice rack comes empty with bottles and labels so that you get to choose your own spices. I may not want a certain spice that is sent to me. Also, just how old are the sent spices exactly? Who knows? This is an excellent product and we have bought several of these, in the 16 bottle variety and the 32 bottle. This will last many years and is well worth every cent! It arrived in great time and was packaged very well. We're very pleased! |

| I just got tired of living with a drawer or cabinet full of those little plastic bags full of spices. This spice rack has been a pleasure to use. It is in a shaded corner of the kitchen counter away from the stove. But accessing spices is so much easier than ever before. In the long run (about 5 months now), it is worth the price and I am way over my original angst. I keep my eyes open in the stores for anything better, but have yet to see it. Love the preprinted labels for the jar tops. Only wish I could print my own custom labels using their blank labels on my computer using the same font. Based on one e-mailed response from the company, that doesn't seem possible right now. Also, when it comes to loading your spices in these little bottles, don't pour them out the top or try to use a funnel, just snip the bottom corner out of the plastic bag and pour. |

| Love it. Keeps the spices I use most often close at hand. Glad the bottles come empty - I wanted to put my own FRESH spices in. |

This is an attractive, sturdy rack that allows you to select your own herb and spice mixture (although they are obviously purchased apart from the product). I purchased it as a gift for my daughter and family, to encourage a bit more "excitement" in daily cooking. I racked my brain for which 16 herbs and spices one uses most and had already made my selection and purchased them before the rack arrived. I needn't have worried about the labels available with this product. They were all there and there were blank labels if you wanted something different. If there is one thing I am a bit concerned about, it is the labels' wearing off with use. I have a similar carousel for spices I use for Indian cooking and that came with plastic overlays for the labels to prevent wear and tear. Maybe you can cover these with Scotch tape?
I live in NYC and thought it would be easy to find a spice rack locally I could fill myself. Not so.
I think this would make a terrific and personalized gift (once filled) for anyone tackling cooking for the first time. It could be accompanied by "My/Our Favorite Recipes" (also personal). |
The product is good, however, the service was TERRIBLE.

| The product is good, what I needed, good quality. The service, however was just awful. The site promised the shipment within 24 hours. I waited for it for at least 3 weeks. I could have found similar item at a store or on a different site! |
